It is Resolv's own methodology for driving decisions in heavily regulated sectors. Three stages, in order: Diagnosis, Design and Decision. First the real business base, then the scenarios, finally the choice with an owner, a criterion and a deadline.
We gather, clean and connect what the operation already has: systems, spreadsheets, contracts and indicators. The goal is to separate fact from perception before any solution talk.
We shape the possible scenarios with numbers, regulation and the consequence of each path. This is where the decision becomes comparable: cost, risk, timeline and return side by side.
The choice is closed with an explicit criterion, an owner and a deadline, and followed until it becomes execution. A decision that never reaches the operation is not a decision.
