Where the 3D Method was tested at high tide
Foreign trade, port logistics, financial markets and education. Real operations as the laboratory: traceable data, documented decisions and solutions that survive daily reality.
Resolv did not start in a consulting office. It started inside the operation, cargo, deadlines, regulation and decisions that could not wait for next month's report. From Santos to A Coruña, it became a binational house that architects data, decisions and solutions for people with no margin for error.
Two port cities, an ocean in between and one way of deciding.

A Coruña
Galicia · Spain
Gateway to Iberia and Europe. Structure, culture and compliance for Brazilian companies crossing the Atlantic and for Spanish companies looking at Latin America.
Santos is the largest port in Latin America. That is where theory meets the tide: an idle container is idle cash, a misread rule is a fine, a wrong number is a wrong decision with a signature on it. In that environment Resolv learned the essential lesson, before any technology, there is a decision to be made, with an owner, a criterion and a deadline.
We took that discipline into financial markets and education, and then across the Atlantic. In A Coruña, Galicia, we found the same Atlantic vocation: sea, trade, industry and a culture that respects those who deliver. Resolv.es was born, same methodology, another language, the same standard.
Origin
Years inside ports, trading companies, financial institutions and schools. We learned the problem is rarely the system, it is the decision nobody architected.
Method
Diagnosis, Design and Decision become a proprietary methodology, repeatable and auditable in heavily regulated sectors.
Crossing
Galicia stops being a destination and becomes a base. Resolv.es is born to serve Spain, Europe and Latin countries with the same standard as Resolv.ai.
AI first
Artificial intelligence stops being a demo and becomes operation: Julia is our digital voice and face, alive across every platform of the house.

Every decision that truly matters is a lonely one. Surrounded by people who want something from you, the board, the team, the vendor, it's hard to know whether the advice you get is unbiased or calibrated by whoever is speaking. Marco spent thirty years building the answer to that solitude, because he lived it himself first.
At twenty-seven, he took over as vice president of a company with a five-million-real deficit and brought it back to health within a year. He founded and led Perfil do Brasil, growing the operation from ten to four hundred professionals in four years, with profitability above forty percent. In 2012, he walked away from eighty percent of his own revenue over a matter of principle, and rebuilt his professional life from zero. That is proof that, for him, the right decision always outweighed the easy result.
In 2013, he founded Resolv on that same conviction: no decision of weight should happen without honest diagnosis before the proposal. The name carries a V that isn't decorative, it's Vitória, his first daughter. The intelligence that now holds that same conversation with thousands of companies every day, Jul.IA, carries his second daughter's name. The Resolv 3D Method was born from that same discipline, decision before execution, evidence before narrative, systematized in 2024 and audited against fourteen global decision frameworks, scoring 137 out of 140.
Son of a Galician father from Puentedeume, Marco brought his own company back to his father's homeland in 2024, establishing Resolv.es in A Coruña as guardian of the method and bridge between Brazil and Spain. It wasn't just geographic expansion. It was a circle that began before his own birth closing.
Marco also chairs Instituto AmiGU, free artificial intelligence training in vulnerable port communities, and I2A2, the Institute of Applied Artificial Intelligence. The same person, the same discipline, applied to business decisions and life decisions, never in separate lanes.
The right decision always outweighed the easy result.

No project starts with software. It starts with the critical decision your company must make in the next 90 days.
In regulated sectors, a number needs an origin, an owner and a trail. That is how we deliver, in Brazil and in Spain.
