Diagnosis
We gather, clean and connect the real base of the business and read what the data says, no guesswork.
Our own methodology: Diagnosis, Design and Decision.
The 3D Method is how Resolv enters an operation: diagnosis first, solution design next, decision last. It exists because in regulated sectors a system without a decision only speeds up the mistake.
We gather, clean and connect the real base of the business and read what the data says, no guesswork.
We design the solution and the scenarios that hold the choice, with numbers, regulation and consequence.
We close the architected decision, with criteria, an owner and a deadline, and carry it into execution.

Frequently asked questions
Diagnosis, Design and Decision. What each stage delivers and what changes in your operation.
It is Resolv's own methodology for driving decisions in heavily regulated sectors. Three stages, in order: Diagnosis, Design and Decision. First the real business base, then the scenarios, finally the choice with an owner, a criterion and a deadline.
We gather, clean and connect what the operation already has: systems, spreadsheets, contracts and indicators. The goal is to separate fact from perception before any solution talk.
We shape the possible scenarios with numbers, regulation and the consequence of each path. This is where the decision becomes comparable: cost, risk, timeline and return side by side.
The choice is closed with an explicit criterion, an owner and a deadline, and followed until it becomes execution. A decision that never reaches the operation is not a decision.
It depends on the scope. A specific question usually moves in weeks; a broader transformation runs in chained cycles, each one delivering a decision.
No. That is exactly what the Data stage is for. We start with what exists today, however scattered, and organise the minimum needed to support the decision at hand.
It was forged in heavily regulated environments: financial markets, port logistics and foreign trade, and education. It fits wherever a wrong decision is expensive in fines, capital or reputation.
Shadow CEO supports the CEO in a lonely decision, Architected Decisions runs a full project, Advisory 3D provides executive continuity and Rescue restarts what stalled. All of them use the same sequence: Diagnosis, Design and Decision.
